Fufu Recipe

Ingredients

Fufu mix of any kind

Process

1. Boil hot water in a pot

2. Once it starts boiling put in the fufu mix

3. Mix as you add the fufu mix into the water with a wooden spoon

4. Mix until the fufu is soft and sticks together

5. The fufu should not be hard to stir, if it is add more water

6. To test if the fufu is ready rinse your hands in water and lightly touch the fufu

7. If it doesn't stick to your fingers it is ready.

8. Then, put the fufu into a bowl and eat with a stew
